Delicious Graham Crackers from scratch! I doubled the cinnamon, but except for that, I followed the recipe. Packs of crushed graham crackers should be available for easy pie crust-making. Tip: if you want to save on prep time in the kitchen, you may purchase crushed graham crackers in any major supermarket. The best part is that there's no eggs in this Graham Cracker recipe dough, so you can let your kids roll, cut out shapes and enjoy a taste of the dough AND the final baked product! I used light brown sugar but I think dark would give more flavor and a deeper color. If you've never baked cookies with your kids, this is a perfect starter recipe.
