Both organizations wanted to address the city of Scottsdale’s need for a utilitarian recycle/waste bin while also adding public art features to the canal waterfront. Three artist finalists created design proposals to display during Canal Convergence 2018, where members of the public had the opportunity to vote for their favorite designs. We seek both to build and to educate audiences for modern and contemporary art… The Museum has four galleries that house various exhibitions, curated from their growing permanent collection and rotating shows.
